º. El auxilio de alimentación para los empleados de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil que laboren en jornada continua será de cincuenta pesos ($ 50) por cada día completo de trabajo y se pagará con cargo al pr1supuesto de la entidad. También habrá lugar al pago de este auxilio, cuando se trabaje ocasionalmente en día dominical o festivo en jornada de seis horas o más. No se tendrá derecho a este auxilio cuando el funcionario disfrute de vacaciones o se encuentre en uso de licencia.
