Artículo cuarto. Tanto la elección de la terna a que se refiere el artículo anterior, como la selección y escrutinio de la mencionada en los artículos 1° y 2°, se hará por mayoría absoluta de votos, y si hubiere empate, la elección se decidirá por la suerte.
