Para atender a la ejecución de las obras de que trata el artículo 2° de la ley 250 de 1938, crease una junta con presta por el consejo municipal de calamar, por el personero municipal, por dos vecinos honorables de la misma localidad, que designara el ministro de obras públicas, y por un tesorero, que será nombrado por los demás miembros de dicha junta.
