Artículo sexto. Después de dos (2) meses de funcionamiento de la agencia o servicio privado lucrativo de colocación o empleo, deberán sus propietarios presentar ante la División de Empleo y Recursos Humanos la patente de funcionamiento del establecimiento, expedida por el Gobierno Municipal.
