º La Ordenación Del Gasto En Servicios Personales, Se Regirá Por Las Siguientes Normas: A) Los Salarios Y Demás Emolumentos Que Perciben Los Empleados Y Funcionarios Vinculados Legal Y Reglamentariamente Al Ministerio Público, Conforme A Las Disposiciones Legales Vigentes En Materia Salarial Y Prestacional

º La ordenación del gasto en Servicios Personales, se regirá por las siguientes normas

Los salarios y demás emolumentos que perciben los empleados y funcionarios vinculados legal y reglamentariamente al Ministerio Público, conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia salarial y prestacional.

Los Gastos de Representación, que con el carácter de remuneración especial le corresponde a determinados cargos de dicho organismo, de conformidad con el Decreto-ley 028 de 1989, y demás normas que lo sustituyan, modifiquen o adicionen. DISPOSICIONES VARIAS.
