º. Los Cajeros o Habilitados que funcionen fuéra de la capital presentarán al respectivo Administrador de Hacienda o empleado pagador, el día último de cada mes, los documentos sobre los cuales deben hacer éstos la liquidación y el reconocimiento de los pagos a que se refiere el artículo 3º y que servirán para cancelar los recibos provisionales de que trata el artículo 4º de este Decreto. Si el valor de tales documentos fuere inferior al total de los recibos, el Cajero o Habilitado reintegrarán inmediatamente en la oficina pagadora la diferencia a su cargo.
