Perturbación de reunión política. El que promueva, organice o dirija actividad individual o colectiva con el fin de impedir o perturbar reunión de carácter político debidamente autorizada, incurrirá en arresto de seis a ocho meses siempre que el hecho no constituya delito sancionado con pena mayor.
