Creacion Y Distribucion De Fiscales

Decreto 2288 de 1989 · por el cual se dictan disposiciones relacionadas con la Jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo.

ARTICULO 23º. CREACION Y DISTRIBUCION DE FISCALES. Créanse cinco (5) cargos de Fiscal, grado 21, y cinco (5) de Auxiliar de Fiscalía, grado 11, quienes ejercerán sus funciones ante el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca. La Sección Segunda tendrá seis (6) Fiscales, distribuidos proporcionalmente entre las Subsecciones y las Secciones Primera, Tercera y Cuarta, tendrán cada una dos (2) Fiscales.

Parágrafo Transitorio

La primera distribución de Fiscales entre las Subsecciones de la Sección Segunda, se hará siguiendo el orden alfabético de sus apellidos.
