Las certificaciones de ejercicio de los cargos de los miembros de la Junta Directiva y del Director General del Servicio, serán expedidas por el Secretario General del Ministerio de Agricultura. Las referentes a los demás funcionarios y empleados del Servicio, las dará quien haga- las veces de Secretario General.
