Decreto 258 de 2021 · por medio del cual se crea la Distinción al Mérito “Esmeralda Arboleda Cadavid” por el aporte en materia de equidad de las mujeres y se dictan otras disposiciones”

°. Funciones del Secretario del Consejo. Corresponde al Secretario del Consejo

Convocar al Consejo por solicitud de la o el Vicepresidente de la República.

Elaborar el acta de las sesiones y custodiar el libro de actas.

Recopilar y suministrar a los miembros del Consejo toda la información que aquellos soliciten en relación con los candidatos de la Distinción.

Coordinar el envío de la distinción a la persona o entidad que ha sido condecorada.

Llevar el libro de registro de las distinciones que se confieran.

Las demás que le sean asignadas por el Consejo.
