Artículo tercero. A los empleados subalternos de carácter permanente de las Notarias y Oficinas de Registro se les liquidarán las cuotas de afiliación y los aportes mensuales para la Caja Nacional de Previsión con base en las nóminas aprobadas por el Ministerio de Justicia. Para los Notarios y los Registradores la base será el promedio mensual de las entradas líquidas del año inmediatamente anterior. El promedio lo deducirá el Ministerio de Justicia de las cuentas que les remiten los Notarios y los Registradores y lo comunicará a la Caja en el mes de enero de cada año.
