° . Instancias territoriales de coordinación y gestión del PNIS. Las siguientes instancias llevarán a cabo la coordinación y gestión del PNIS

Consejos asesores territoriales.

Comisiones municipales de planeación participativa.

3.

Consejos municipales de evaluación y seguimiento. La integración y funciones de los Consejos asesores territoriales, de las Comi­siones municipales de planeación participativa y de los Consejos municipales de evaluación y seguimiento serán definidas en el marco de sus competencias por el Gobierno nacional, lo anterior no podrá implicar descentralización de competencias. La integración, cuando se refiera a las comunidades, será definida de manera parti­cipativa por sus respectivas instancias.
