Articulo 12 . Las retenciones que no se hubieren practicado en relación con los conceptos y cuantías para los cuales no se han fijado tarifas de retención en la fuente por disposición del Decreto 2715 de 1983 y por el presente Decreto, no se regirán por lo previsto en el Decreto 2026 de 1983, las retenciones que se hubieren practicado sobre dichos conceptos se deberán consignar a más tardar el 15 de octubre de 1983.
