Artículo veintisiete. Es entendido, que el Gobierno podrá suspender estos permisos por razones de conveniencia nacional en cuyo caso la decisión del Gobierno se cumplirá inmediatamente, sin perjuicio de las acciones que la ley conceda al interesado contra la providencia que así lo disponga.
