ARTICULO 2.3.1.32.- EJERCICIO DEL CARGO. El representante no podrá ejercer las funciones de su cargo mientras su nombramiento no se haya inscrito conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, salvo en lo que se refiere a las actuaciones que cumpla durante el trámite de la solicitud de autorización de la emisión, para lo cual será suficiente la designación por parte del emisor.
