Art. 70. Todo ciudadano tiene derecho de presenciar las votaciones y los votos del Jurado, sin embarazar las urnas ni los otros. No podrá impedirse que fuera de los lugares por donde entran y salen los sufragantes se coloquen algunos individuos a llevar apuntamientos para conocer el resultado de las votaciones.
