Cuando las injurias fueren recíprocas, Podrá el Juez, según las circunstancias, declarar exentas de pena a las dos partes o a alguna de ellas. Igualmente podrá declarar exento de pena al acusado de injuria que haya procedido en el acto de ser provocado por violencias personales.
