Art. 2° Suprímense los Recaudadores del impuesto sobre cigarrillos, de las ciudades de Barranquilla, Bucaramanga y Medellín y sus respectivos Ayudantes, creados por el decreto número 531 de 13 de Agosto del año anterior (Diario Oficial número 7,138), Las funciones atribuidas á estos empleados las ejercerán, hasta el 31 de Mayo del presente año, los Administradores de Hacienda ó del Tesoro ó Tesoreros generales del respectivo Departamento, ó el empleado de Hacienda departamental en aquellas ciudades.
