Inspección y vigilancia. La Superintendencia de Sociedades ejercerá la vigilancia y control de los fondos ganaderos con base en las facultades consignadas en el Código de Comercio, la Ley 7º. de 1990, la Ley 45 de 1923 y las demás disposiciones legales especiales que regulan este tipo de sociedades y su régimen de vigilancia.
