ARTICULO 19 . TRANSITORIO. DEL REPRESENTANTE DE LOS CIEGOS ANTE EL CONSEJO DIRECTIVO . Para efectos del ejercicio de las funciones asignadas al Consejo Directivo del INCI en el artículo 7º del presente Decreto, actuará como Representante de las organizaciones de Ciegos legalmente reconocidas, aquel que en la actualidad representa a los Ciegos en el Consejo Directivo integrado al momento de la vigencia de este Decreto, quien continuará ejerciendo sus funciones hasta cuando se posesione el miembro del Consejo Directivo designado por el Presidente de la República, conforme a lo estipulado en el numeral 5 del artículo 6º del presente Decreto.
