Vigencia . El presente Decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial los artículos 33, 37, 38 y 43 del Capítulo V y el Capítulo VI del Decreto 1860 del 3 de agosto de 1994 y el Decreto 1063 del 10 de junio de 1998.
