º El Gobierno intervendrá en los actos por medio de los cuales se perfeccionen los contratos que la Junta celebre para la adquisición de fondos a la ejecución de las obras de saneamiento de que trata la Ley 56, a fin de dar forma legal a las cauciones o garantías en que constituyan el cincuenta por ciento del impuesto nacional de consumo, en el Municipio de Bogotá, y el veinte por ciento del impuesto sobre la renta a que se refiere el artículo 2.º, de la premencionada Ley 56. Publíquese.
