Oferta institucional. Las entidades del Sistema Nacional de Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas (SNARIV), dispondrán de oferta institucional dirigida a aquellos miembros de la Fuerza Pública que sean víctimas en los términos del artículo 3 de la Ley 1448 de 2011, por hechos ocurridos en servicio activo, en razón y con ocasión del mismo, para lo cual la Unidad para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas cómo coordinadora del SNARIV, adelantará la articulación de la misma para promover el acceso efectivo a este grupo poblacional.
