De conformidad con la ley 53 de 1938 la empleada del Ministerio de Guerra en estado de embarazo, goza de una licencia remunerada de cuatro (4) semanas, antes del parto, y de cuatro semanas después del mismo, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en los artículos 53 y 60 de este decreto.
