Vencido el término de la condena, el penado que haya observado buena conducta, tendrá derecho a que se le adjudique definitivamente el lote cultivado por él durante el lapso de su libertad provisional. Si durante este tiempo muriere, transmite a sus herederos la expectativa consagrada en el presente artículo.
