Artículo noveno . Cuando se adquiera o reciba a cualquier título un volumen de cereales sobre el cual se haya pagado la Cuota de Fomento Cerealista, deberá dejarse constancia en el "Libro de Movimiento de Cereales" del número del respectivo comprobante y de los demás datos que, según el artículo quinto de este Decreto, deben figurar en la planilla correspondiente.
