La Contraloría General de la república precisará el valor del porcentaje indicado en el artículo 1° de los datos sobre el producido bruto de las Salinas de Galerazamba, que le suministren el Ministerio de Hacienda y el Banco de la República. Hecho esto, deberá el Ministerio de Hacienda hacer inmediatamente el reconocimiento y pago respectivo a favor del Municipio de Santa Catalina.
