° Para el establecimiento del almacén nacional de drogas para ganados e implementos de uso veterinario, créase un fondo rotatorio de $ 50,000, autorizado por la Ley 28 de este año, el cual se integrará con las drogas que el Ministerio tiene en depósito y las que pida posteriormente hasta cubrir el valor total del fondo.
