Prohibición de almacenamiento de material diferente a explosivos. Queda prohibido almacenar en los polvorines material diferente a los explosivos, tal como: pinturas, maderas, basuras, residuos sólidos, cartones o cualquier otro elemento distinto de los explosivos. En un radio de quince coma veinticinco metros (15,25 m) de los accesos al polvorín, no se pueden almacenar materiales inflamables. También se prohíbe a esta distancia hacer trabajos que puedan producir chispas o llamas como soldaduras o reparaciones eléctricas.
