ARTICULO 2.1.4.1.6 .- PRESTAMOS A ADMINISTRADORES. De conformidad con el artículo 15 del Decreto 1111 de 1989 en ningún caso las personas con cargo de dirección, administración o vigilancia en las entidades cooperativas podrán obtener para sí o para las entidades que representan, préstamos u otros beneficios por fuera de las reglamentaciones generales establecidas para el común de los asociados, so pena de incurrir en la pérdida del cargo y sin perjuicio de las otras sanciones a que hubiere lugar. Los organismos cooperativos de grado superior de carácter financiero, además observarán las limitaciones generales que sobre operaciones activas de crédito dicte el Gobierno Nacional para las instituciones financieras.
