El artículo 4° del Decreto 2165 de 1972 quedará así:

"El cuarenta por ciento (40%) de los aumentos que sobre las cifras de los balances a 30 de junio de 1979 registren las reservas técnicas de las sociedades de capitalización, deducidos previamente los prestamos con garantía de títulos correspondientes a dichos aumentos, deberá invertirse en bonos de deuda pública, distribuidos así:

El treinta y ocho por ciento (38%) en 'bonos de vivienda popular' del Instituto de Crédito Territorial;

El dos por ciento (2%) en 'bonos forestales', de que trata el artículo 5° del Decreto 1533 de 1978".
