Art. 12 Los reos destinados á las Colonias Penales que por su carácter indomable no fuere posible reducirles por medios suaves al cumplimiento de sus deberes, podrán ser colocados en piezas separadas y en absoluto aislamiento por el tiempo necesario para obtener su corrección.
