Aptitud de los buques . Los buques que se fleten o arrienden deben ser aptos para la carga a transportar, disponer de la clasificación vigente expedida por una sociedad clasificadora internacional reconocida por la Dirección General Marítima y poseer vigentes las garantías o seguros correspondientes según la carga que se transporte, en especial las relativas a riesgos de contaminación.
