Art. 1 .° Aumentase á cien mil pesos ($100,000), la suma votada en la Ley de 1890, para la reforma y ensanche de los edificios de la Aduana de Barranquilla, de propiedad nacional.

Esta cantidad deberá incluirse en el Presupuesto de la vigencia económica de 1893 y 1894.
