Créase la Junta de Inscripción de Títulos en la cual estarán representados las Compañías y los agentes autorizados, por partes iguales y será presidida por el Superintendente Bancario o su Delegado. El Gobierno Nacional al reglamentar en un término no mayor de sesenta días esta Ley, fijará el número de sus miembros y sus atribuciones. Dicha Junta servirá de auxiliar a la Superintendencia para el estudio de las solicitudes de inscripción.
