Las firmas de los giradores, otorgantes, aceptantes y demás partes que intervengan en cualesquiera instrumentos o documentos otorgados a favor de la caja de crédito agrario, industrial y minero, en las operaciones a que se refiere esta Ley, se presumen auténticas, y no necesitan ser previamente reconocidas para el ejercicio de las respectivas acciones. El que alegue la falsedad de ellas, debe probarla.
