Las divisas provenientes de los préstamos registrados deberán venderse al Banco de la República a la tasa del mercado de capitales, dentro de los plazos que señale la Junta Monetaria, salvo aquella parte que haya de emplearse en el pago de bienes o servicios en moneda extranjera, según lo contemplado en los artículos 131 y 132.
