Artículo único . Desde el 1° de febrero próximo, restablécese el primer año de estudios en todas las Escuelas Normales de la República con el respectivo personal de Profesores, y suspéndese el segundo curso en los mismos planteles con el profesorado correspondiente. En las Escuelas Normales cuyo período escolar termina en la mitad del año, comenzará a regir el presente Decreto desde la fecha de la clausura de estudios. Comuníquese y publíquese.
