° No obstante lo dispuesto por el Decreto número 399 de fecha 31 de Marzo último, los empleados de Correos y Telégrafos gozarán desde el 1.° de Abril en adelante de los sueldos que tenían asignados con anterioridad al Decreto número 1088 de 14 de Septiembre de 1905, sin descuento alguno.
