Cuando se decrete alguna prueba en los tres últimos días del primer período o después de vencido, puede la parte contraria solicitar dentro de los tres siguientes al de la notificación del auto que las decreta, la práctica de las que tenga a bien respecto de los mismos hechos.

Transcurrido el término para pedir las pruebas, o en su caso, el adicional de que trata el inciso anterior, queda cerrado definitivamente el primer período.
