La residencia del Procurador de Hacienda está en la capital de la República, pero cuando las necesidades del servicio lo requieran podrá el Ministro de Hacienda disponer que se traslade a otro lugar y permanezca en él temporalmente, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el ordinal 1 del artículo 2 de la Ley.
