Art. 6.° Girada por el Tesorero general la libranza á favor del establecimiento ó sea del censualista, Síndico ó Administrador, á cargo del empleado de Hacienda nacional donde se halle el establecimiento beneficiado, tal empleado cubrirá la letra girada á su presentacion.
