El Poder Ejecutivo queda autorizado para reformar este Decreto, resolver las dudas y dictar las medidas conducentes para su desarrollo, y para nombrar Inspectores de juegos en los lugares que estime conveniente. Estos Inspectores tendrán como emolumentos el producto de las multas que se impongan a las casas de juegos prohibidos que descubran y la mitad de las multas que se impongan por las otras infracciones de que habla este Decreto.
