Art. 64. Si un buque entrare a un puerto habilitado sin estar provisto de la patente de navegacion o del sobordo debidamente certificado, se le impondrá al Capitan, por el Administrador de la Aduana, una multa de quinientos a ochocientos pesos, i sera custodiado el buque por dos empleados del Resguardo, desde el momento en que éntre hasta aquel en que salga del puerto.
