La sentencia parcial se notificará personalmente a los interesados dentro de los seis (6) días siguientes a la fecha en que se dicte; vencido ese término, esté o nó hecha la notificación, se remitirá el expediente al Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos donde se archivará previa publicación de la sentencia en el DIARIO OFICIAL. La publicación surtirá todos los efectos de la notificación personal si ésta no se hubiere hecho dentro del término señalado en este artículo.
