(transitorio) En los casos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos procederá dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la fecha en que entre a regir este Decreto, a señalar el día en que haya de realizarse la diligencia de entrega a que se refiere el citado artículo, dando cumplimiento a las formalidades prescritas en el artículo 35.
