Las autoridades de la República prestarán a los empresarios todo el apoyo necesario para que los contratos sobre inmigración tengan eficaz cumplimiento. Darán también a los inmigrantes toda protección para que sean respetados los derechos que tienen en virtud de su condición de extranjeros, de acuerdo con la citada Ley 145 de 1888, y en su condición especial de inmigrantes.
