º . El inciso cuarto del artículo 3º del Decreto 740 de 1994, quedará así: Una vez obtenidos los factores de ponderación mensuales se calcularán, con base en éstos, los factores de ponderación anuales, utilizando para el efecto el mismo procedimiento descrito en el inciso anterior.
