Prohibición de solicitar capacidad de producción por cancelación . Cuando la sanción sea la cancelación del Certificado de Capacidad de Producción, no se podrá solicitar uno nuevo para el establecimiento, hasta tanto no se verifique previamente por la autoridad sanitaria que han desaparecido las causas que la originaron y el cumplimiento estricto de la legislación sanitaria. Para el evento de la cancelación del registro sanitario, el interesado no podrá solicitar nuevo registro dentro del año inmediatamente posterior a su cancelación.
