º Operaciones de leasing internacional. Autorízase a las compañías de financiamiento comercial a participar, en calidad de copropietario con compañías de leasing extranjeras en operaciones de leasing internacional realizadas entre un locatario nacional y la compañía de leasing extranjera, hasta un quince por ciento (15%) del costo del bien.
